This is the total bespoke wedding package. It caters to those of you who want expert help to bring your ideas and dreams to life, or who simply do not have the time to fully plan your wedding vision in the way you want. Or, perhaps you are planning your dream destination wedding and therefore do not reside where your wedding is going to take place, and need us to work out the logistics and details for you.
Not to worry, we are here to help with every aspect and are by your side at every point to make this the perfect wedding experience for you. What is very important to remember is that at all times you are in control of your wedding without the stress of planning it.
As part of our services, couples have 24 hour access to our online wedding planning platform which allows you to be up to date with all details of your wedding at any time. Online facilities include uploading of guest list and RSVP control, designing your own wedding website, wedding budget and payment reminders, bespoke to-do list, floorplans and arranging of your guests table placements and more.
The package includes:
- Initial consultation/ getting to know who you are to establish what you envision for your wedding experience.
- On-going, unlimited consultation and advice as required
- Budget preparation & management of all choices you have made
- Personalised timeline and action plan so we are all always on the same page
- Assisting with the selection of themes, design and styling- the fun part, the details that make your wedding unique
- Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors
- Reviewing vendors’ contracts & coordinating with vendors
- Ceremony & reception planning down to the smallest detail
- Assisting you with venue décor and ceremony layout. designing it all to your taste.
- Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories, last minute alterations as needed
- Preparation of itineraries, seating plan, place names
- Devising contingency plans (in case of rain etc).
- Attending and coordination of the wedding rehearsal
- Overseeing venue and church decoration, we ensure everything is in order
- Setup cake and guest book and any additional elements on the day that you have chosen
- Overseeing the vendors booked & confirm their details, timings, requirements, payments needed, we take care of all for you
- Coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding day
- Wedding Day coordination ( up to 10 hours)
